Autumn

I think that autumn is the most beautiful time of the year. When the leaves change and we see all the different shades of red, orange, and yellow, it is just beautiful. The temperature of autumn is also perfect. A person can stay comfortable by being not too hot and not too cold. Maybe a light jacket and you can stay comfortable. I also love sitting on the couch on a sunday watching a good college or NFL football game. These games can relax me after a stressful week at school and help me to get ready for my week again because I know that after I watch my game I have to do any homework that I do not yet have done. I love sipping on hot chocolate while reading a book. It also seems like everyone is in a better mood during this time. It is possible that people seem to be in a better mood because they do and enjoy some of the things that I listed above. I know that I am not the only person who loves this time of the year. In the summer, I get really hot and the outdoors seem to all be the same color, green. During the winter, I get really cold, having to lay my hands on the vents in my car to get warm before a day out. It also seems like the color of this time is white and dull. All of the plants have died and have left and dull, sad color. Some of the animals go away for a while and nature seems to get lonely during this time. The winter season is just so sad other than having one of the best holidays ever. During autumn we get to experience Thanksgiving. I love this holiday because it is a wonderful reason for the whole family to get together and to share a wonderful meal. I love to cook and I love to eat and this holiday is perfect for me.
